Benefits of Datto Endpoint Backup
PCs move between networks or get powered off, making it difficult to get reliable backups. Datto Endpoint Backup automatically pauses when the device has its connection interrupted and then automatically resumes once the connection is restored. Integrity checks, like Screenshot Verification, validate every backup and provide an alert if there are any issues. This removes guesswork and ensures backups are viable for a fast recovery.
Protect your entire infrastructure. Datto Endpoint Protection provides direct-to-cloud backup for all Windows servers and systems, no matter where that data lives: in data centers, at remote locations, in VMs, in public/private clouds or on remote employees’ devices. Rapidly recover from ransomware, hardware failure and other incidents by restoring individual files/folders or by performing a full bare-metal restore to the same or dissimilar hardware.
The Datto Endpoint Backup agent sits on the protected PC or server and connects directly to the Datto Cloud without the need for a local appliance. Datto’s online interface makes it easy to pause and delete agents, view recent screenshots, as well as perform bare metal restores, point-in-time rollbacks, and file/folder restores. Endpoint Backup can also be easily integrated with other Datto products for simplified management of the entire BCDR deployment.
Datto Endpoint Backup provides affordable, cost-effective backup for any organization. There are no appliances to purchase or deploy. No complex storage management. No surprise recovery charges. Backups are available with 1-year time-based retention (TBR) in the Datto Cloud.
Datto Endpoint Backup is part of Datto’s entire Unified Continuity product line, which includes complete protection for servers, private or public clouds and SaaS data. With Datto Endpoint Backup, you can protect a broad range of PCs, servers and Windows systems no matter where they operate from, delivering the highest levels of business uptime.
