Remembering a great year for business continuity and Invenio IT

2017 has been an incredible year for business continuity and Invenio IT. It’s amazing to think about how far we’ve come in the last few years. And, without a doubt, last year has got to be my favorite to date. A ton of incredible things happened and we reached major milestones.

Here’s some of what made 2017 so great.

1. Making the CRN Next Gen 250 and MSP 500

We are honored to be named as a leading IT solution provider, who embraces emerging technology to exceed the needs of our clients. The solution providers on the Next-Gen 250 are recognized as the first to architect innovative solutions to solve complex and evolving business problems.

What’s more, we are thrilled to be named to the 2017 Managed Service Provider 500 list. This list recognizes North American solution providers, who offer cutting-edge approaches to delivering managed services that help companies navigate the complex and ever-changing landscape of IT, improve operational efficiencies as well as maximize their return on IT investments.

In today’s fast-paced business environments, MSPs play an important role in helping companies leverage new technologies without straining their budgets or losing focus on their core business. CRN’s MSP 500 list shines a light on the most forward-thinking and innovative of these key organizations–and, we are thrilled to be recognized!

2. Being recognized as a top Datto partner

This year, Datto restructured its global partner program—reserving the highest level of distinction to just the top 5% of partners. Invenio IT is honored to be recognized as a Datto Blue partner and excited to continue to provide the best business continuity solutions to clients in 2018 and beyond.

“While I’m honored to be recognized as a top partner worldwide, said Dale Shulmistra, President of Invenio IT. “I’m even more excited about what this means for both our current and future clients. Some of the benefits like VIP Support will help us further elevate our service.”

In addition to being named a Datto Blue Partner, this year, we earned additional recognition from one of our preferred technology partners. At DattoCon 2017, Invenio IT took home the golden Datto for being named as the most innovative partner in North America. We’re humbled. Thank you, Datto!

3. Partnering with incredible companies, both at home and abroad

We’ve been busy and have added some amazing clients to the roster—and we are grateful they have entrusted us with their data. We’ve grown so much that we have had to add business continuity specialists, dedicated to servicing clients in the following verticals: hospitality, manufacturing, education, finance, marketing as well as non-profit.

4. Keeping our awesome clients up and running, no matter what

2017 has brought more than its fair share of natural disasters. And, we undoubtably had clients in affected regions. However, we are proud to say that we kept all clients’ data and systems operational so they could focus on other aspects of recovery for both their business—and family.

Hear what our clients are saying about us. Or, if you are a client and would like to share your feedback with us, we’d love to hear from you.

5. Getting some really great PR

It really has been a great year with some terrific press mentions. Here are a few favorites that round our a great year:

6. Making our team awesome

We’ve made some huge investments in the team this year. Part of our investments are to make sure we’re a place where all types of people, including parents, can thrive. I’m really excited to say that we have a truly diverse workplace, which values a work-life balance.

We take great pride in making our team members happy, growing, and challenged so that they can focus on developing strong working relationships, both within our organization as well as with our client and technology partners.

Amazing things to come in 2018!

We have exciting things in the works for the next year, so stay tuned!
